Human Geometry was originally inspired by Human Design, and it is one of the tools that we use however we’ve moved far beyond it. We’ve developed a proprietary framework that translates energetic intelligence into business language. No jargon, just clear insights into how your people are wired to work.

If you're Christchurch based, we can host up to three people at our New Brighton office, or come to you for larger teams. For businesses outside of Christchurch, we offer sessions online or can travel to you by arrangement. (Travel costs apply for in-person work outside the region.)

A Codeometry is a personalised operating system based on your geometry. It helps individuals and teams navigate decisions, priorities, communication, and energy management. Codeometries are developed in consultation and delivered with ongoing support.

Yes. We offer ongoing retainers for continued strategy, calibration, and AI-based support. This ensures the changes we implement continue to evolve with your business.
